Hybrid Training
Combine the Flexibility of Self-Paced Learning with the Effectiveness of Live Facilitation
We get it – in an increasingly remote workforce, setting aside time for training is difficult! We also know that organizations want to provide meaningful training experiences for their employees. Workshops that are only self-paced just aren’t as effective or engaging as live training in a small group. With our hybrid workshop option, Inclusity combines online courses with virtual instructor-led training. Both the organization and its employees can benefit from the powerful combination of flexibility and worthwhile, interactive training.
“When Inclusity works with individuals, we always meet them where they are at. Hybrid training meets organizations where they’re at.”
The Best of Both Worlds
Self-paced online learning revolutionized corporate workforce training. It offers immense scalability, the opportunity for employees to revisit and understand content, and allows for busy productive workers to complete these courses at their own pace. However, the reality is that online learning sorely lacks the engagement and context that is essential to the topic of inclusion.
Live facilitation offers the opportunity to ask difficult questions and take a deeper dive into the content. Our highly experienced facilitators will navigate the conversation to address current issues and create a safe, judgement-free environment for participants to commit to real change. Unfortunately, finding large blocks of time that fits the schedules of many employing can be extraordinarily challenging!
Our hybrid training offers the best of both worlds. By allowing the freedom for participants to learn and understand concepts on their own schedule before live sessions, the conversations are more focused and meaningful, leading to lasting organizational change.
Confidential and Compassionate Approach
Confidentiality and trust are at the heart of Inclusity’s work, and we take them very seriously. Facilitators take great care to establish a safe, trusting environment where participants feel comfortable giving honest feedback. Our facilitators have decades of experience leading interviews and focus groups related to inclusion and diversity. They are there to learn from the participants, so they suspend judgment and approach the work through the lenses of empathy and inclusion.
Whether it’s responses from climate surveys, live facilitation, focus groups, or interviews, we protect the participants’ confidentiality. We aggregate data to safeguard anonymity and report no information that would identify anyone as a participant.
Accessible Training
Another benefit to hybrid training is that it’s designed for all learners. In all of our self-paced courses, Inclusity provides subtitles on videos, the ability to raise or lower volume, and transcripts of the presentations. Participants can also adjust the size and contrast of text for better readability or even use a screen reader. The increased accessibility allows participants to take the time they need to fully understand concepts and note any questions they might have. By focusing on basic concepts at their own pace, participants will enrich their learning and engagement in the follow-up live facilitation.
