About The Workshop
There’s so many ways bias can affect the hiring process, even in ways we don’t realize. Learn how to overcome and mitigate unintentional bias in every step of the hiring process, from recruiting, interviewing, selecting, and hiring. In this experiential workshop based on the latest behavioral science, you’ll explore specific ways you can make each part of the process more equitable and inclusive for all candidates.
Through interactive exercises, you’ll experience how bias affects our judgment, which can ultimately impact diversity recruitment efforts. The goal isn’t just to hire diverse talent; it’s also to welcome, support, and retain employees with diverse backgrounds. This workshop will help you to develop these sustainable inclusive hiring practices — and align with your organization’s commitment to inclusion and diversity.
